What if my iPhone/Apple Watch/AirPods heat up during charging?
Your device(s) may warm up slightly during wireless charging, but should not get too hot. To prevent overheating, avoid using protective cases thicker than 2 mm and keep metal accessories, credit cards, or pop sockets away from the charger.
What if the charging is slow?
1.It normally takes 3-4 hours to fully charge the device
2.Avoid placing metal accessories, credit cards, or pop sockets between your devices, as they can cause high temperatures and slow down charging.
What if my Phone is not Charging?
1.Ensure your phone supports wireless charging.
2.Check that the case is not too thick and remove any metal or uneven objects.
3.Adjust the phone to the correct charging position.
4.Unplug and replug the charging adapter after a few seconds.
What if my AirPods is not charging?
1.Check your AirPods package or order to ensure your AirPods support wireless charging.
2.AirPods 3rd gen or AirPods Pro with MagSafe cases are compatible.
3.1st/2nd/3rd gen AirPods with Lightning cases are not compatible.
What if my watch is not charging?
1.Unplug the charging adapter and plug it back in after a few second
2.Update watch software through the Watch app on the Phone> General > Software Update.
The charging station comes with its own cable and light plug. It was easy to install and has been such a lifesaver, especially when it comes to my Apple watch. It has a magnetic hold for charging your watch. It also allows you to adjust the slant on the station depending on how slanted you want it to be. One of THE BEST parts of this station is that it's foldable which has made traveling with it a breeze. It charges my phone at a good rate even when my watch and headphones are also on the stand. I would definitely recommend it if you want a bang for your buck while also getting a high-quality product.
I've been using this product for about two weeks now and I am enjoying its functionality. It's a nice device where I can charge all my daily items in one place with one cord. My night stand looks a lot better with this charger on it vs the three charging cables I was using before. It also folds up nicely and is easy to travel with should I need to take it on the go. I'm using it with my iPhone 12 Pro Max, Series 7 Apple Watch (45mm), and Apple AirPod Pros.

This charging stand was an amazing purchase (on a whim of mine)! It's convenient, fast charging, good quality, & helps me to declutter my bedroom space & nightstand a little by not having so many cords. While I really only bought it for the phone charging, I do like that I can charge my Airpods with it as well (I don't have an Apple watch). An unexpected bonus to this stand was helping me wake up better in the mornings! — I am not a morning person, and I struggle with snoozing alarms, and when my phone would be plugged into an extension cord, it was within such close reach that I found it SO easy to snooze alarms. With this stand, I was able to place it on the edge of my nightstand and it's not easy to snooze alarms while it's on it either. It also helps get me off my phone when I'm winding down for bed, which is nice too! Overall, I'm really happy I purchased this and will use it for a long time to come.PS. Just make sure your phone case & Airpod case (if you have one on) is Magsafe, or else you'll have trouble charging them. 😊
