I write this as a physician who has lots of eye problems (I have 3 separate ophthalmologists to deal with the different problems). My most recent problem has been MGD - meibomian gland dysfunction with blepharitis. My dry eye ophthalmologist recommended Avenova spray and it has taken care of the blepharitis. It's easy to use - just spray - let it sit on your eyelids and eyelashes - and then gently wipe it off. It gets rid of the crud and keeps the glands from plugging up.
This product is very expensive but helps greatly
My cornea specialist recommended this spray as part of my routine to combat severe dry eye disease. I have been using the spray for several weeks and, although I don't if it has affected the dry eye,, I love the spray. It feels very good, it's soothing first thing in the morning and last thing before bed.I've ordered a 2nd bottle.
Product is good and instant relief. Allergy season especially. However it is not inexpensive. But the results is noteworthy as the eyes feel cleaner with the spray...
This is just an amazing product. I use it for my general eye care. I'm a long time contact lens wearer. I rub my eyes and eye lids a lot, which has resulted in irritation on many occasions. So I started using this as a general cleaner around my eyes and have just noticed a big difference...so I use it as general eye care now. I love that it's an all natural product safe for use on the face/body - kills various bacteria and cleared by the FDA for long term use. It's been around for a long time. And recently it has been confirmed by a third party testing company to kill corona virus on hard surfaces in 60 seconds. The company submitted this to EPA and waiting for approval to be allowed to add that specific use to its listed benefits. But...that's just an added bonus in my mind. So although I use it mainly for general eye care, I've started using it as a covid precaution. When I'm out with my kids and we're in a public area where may have been covid in the air...a little spritz on the face for each of use when we're back in the car. Kids think it's fun...brings me comfort. I just think it's a good product. Take care of your eyes...and stay safe!

I only have vision in 1 eye, so it is important that it get the best care possible. Unfortunatly, that "good" eye has a blocked tear duct, so it is always being dabbed or wiped, which, of coarse, causes bacterial infections. I was getting a lot of discharge and crusting along both lash lines. I finally had surgery to help correct the tear duct issue, yet the eye remained irritated. I researched products that may help the issue, and was impressed by the Avonova reviews. So a few weeks ago I purchased Avonova eyelash and lid cleaner. It's worth the hype! My eye has not felt or looked this good in a very long time. This product wipes away the crust from the lashes gently and thoroughly. My eye gets a little better everyday. Hopefully, given enough time to heal, and careful care and cleaning, it will return to a completely healthy eye in the near future.

I had cataract surgery and as a result I developed an eyelid and lashes infection 😫 This is apparently not unusual post surgery. I wish I had been forewarned. Anyway, I use this product on some days, and the eyelid scrubs on other days. It has a "bleach" smell which kind of worried me, but it wasn't too strong at all and the smell dissipated quickly. It makes my lashes and lids feel very clean. You spray it on a cotton ball and just gently scrub the area. I need to order another bottle soon so I don't run out! I recommend this product if you have the same problem as I.♡♡♡♡♡
The last few months I've been dealing with terrible eczema around my eyes and eyelids that comes and goes. I've been trying everything to keep it at bay, it would sometimes get it to the point where my eyes were swollen and itchy and sooo uncomfortable it was making me not want to go out in public (which isn't an option- haha). Sooo, I've been trying everything and honestly this stuff makes the biggest difference for me. It helps heal my eyelids and the skin around my eyes. I use the spray and wipe gently 2x a day and follow with an eye cream or eczema cream and it helps tremendously! If I run out and the eczema gets bad again I have to give it a few days before I notice a difference but always by day 3 or so, it's much better, and by a week my eyes and skin around my eyes are almost 100% normal again. I wish it were a tad cheaper, but it works for me so I'll pay it!
